We are happy to accept approved purchase orders from your UK based school, college, university, museum, art gallery or local authority.
As well as submitting your purchase order by email/post, for your
convenience, a provisional order may be placed online by adding
your items to the website shopping basket and selecting the Education/Local
Authority Order payment method in step 2 of the website checkout.
You will be provided with our bank account details together with
a unique order reference number. Please print out a copy of your
provisional order for your records. We will send a pro-forma invoice
by email (or post if preferred) to your finance department.
Education/Local Authority Order
Once confirmation of your approved purchase order has been received by email/post from your verified purchasing department, goods are sent and a 30 day invoice issued to the appropriate authority. When the invoice becomes due, payment can be made via Payment Card, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

We can only offer account facilities to schools, education sites, public museums, public art galleries and local authorities. For all other customers, terms are cleared payment prior to despatch.
